Simone Biles

Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on the 14th of March 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. Biles is believed to be among the best athletes. At the 2016 Olympics at Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at a single Games and also became the first gymnast in history to win three consecutive all-around world championships (2013-15). Biles was raised in Spring Texas in the Houston metro area, where she and her sister Adria was adopted by parents Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone was interested in gymnastics as a young girl during one of the field trips for daycare at Bannon's Gymnastix and she continued there for eleven years under the supervision of her coach Aimee Boorman. Biles won the floor and vault at the 2011 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before getting to the high-level competitions in 2011. In less than two years, she was the best in her class. What distinguished Biles out was her constancy her flamboyant attitude and the intense level of effort she integrated into her routines at the four events she competed in: vault uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise.
